I recently used their website for a co-op board application process and found it helpful. The platform is user-friendly and streamlined the documentation process, making it easier to submit all required materials. However, I did experience some technical glitches while uploading my documents, which was frustrating. Despite this, the customer support team was responsive and helped resolve the issue promptly. The layout of the website could use some improvement, as navigation was not as intuitive as I would have liked. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average. 🤔
