I have been using the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology, Inc. (NBCC) for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The certification process is quite straightforward and their website is user-friendly. However, the customer support could definitely be better. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to inquiries and there have been a couple of instances where I didn't receive a response at all.
