I have been a customer of Hong Leong Yamaha Motor for several years, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do a decent job in maintaining my motorcycle, I have often faced delays in getting repairs done. The staff is friendly, but their attention to detail could be better. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
