I recently purchased a rug from this company and was quite impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The design and colors of the rug were truly exquisite, and it added a beautiful touch to my living room decor. However, the delivery process took longer than expected, and I encountered some difficulty in tracking my order. 🤔 Nonetheless, the customer service team was responsive and helped me resolve the issue promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail and care put into creating the rug, but I hope they can improve their delivery and tracking system for a smoother customer experience. Overall, a good product but with room for improvement in the logistics department.
