Their website hotncrusty.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, Hot and crusty is just an average company that needs to improve in some areas.
