I recently rented a property from a local property management company. The experience was overall positive and the staff was helpful. However, I feel that the company could have been more transparent about the fees and charges associated with the rental. It would have been helpful to have a clear breakdown of all the costs before signing the lease. Despite this, I would still consider renting from them again in the future.
