Banco supervielle provides an average banking experience. The customer service is decent and the online banking platform is fairly user-friendly. However, there are certain areas where improvement could be made. For instance, I find the interest rates on their savings accounts to be quite low compared to other banks. Additionally, their credit card rewards program is not very competitive. Overall, the bank is satisfactory, but there is room for enhancement.
