I had an average experience with Pacific architectural millwork. The quality of their products was decent, but the customer service could be improved. I found the website easy to navigate and they had a good selection of architectural millwork. However, when I had a question about a specific product, it took a while for me to get a response from their customer support team. Overall, they are an okay company to work with.
