The food at One Caroline Street Bistro was the best I've ever tasted. The flavors were so well-balanced, and each dish was prepared with great attention to detail. I highly recommend trying the duck confit - it was absolutely delicious! The service was also excellent - the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
