I recently used the services of this company for some legal advice, and I found the experience to be quite average. Although their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, the customer service was a bit underwhelming. I had some difficulty reaching them when I had questions, and when I did get in touch, the responses were not always as helpful as I had hoped. 🤷‍♂️ The legal advice itself was decent, but I felt it lacked a bit of personal touch. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for basic legal services, but don't expect exceptional customer service.
