I recently used a rental agency to book a property in Palm Springs, and my experience was okay. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of properties. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had some difficulty getting all the information I needed. The property itself was decent and met my expectations, but there were a few small maintenance issues that could have been addressed. Overall, it was an average experience - nothing exceptional but not terrible either. I would consider using this rental agency again if I couldn't find better options elsewhere.
