I recently had the opportunity to visit a pool and spa company in Lake Norman, and overall, my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate, but it lacked some essential information that could have been helpful to customers. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in assisting me. The range of products offered was decent, but nothing really stood out to me as unique or exceptional. The prices were average compared to other similar companies in the area. The quality of the pool and spa equipment that I purchased was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, my experience with this company was neither impressively remarkable nor significantly disappointing. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see some improvements.
