As a customer, I found the platform to be fairly efficient for international e-commerce, but there were some hiccups with the user interface. It took a bit of time to get accustomed to the system, and the customer support response time could have been quicker. However, once everything was set up, the global payment processing and shipping solutions worked as expected. The platform's ability to handle duties and taxes for cross-border transactions was helpful, but I do wish there were clearer and more detailed explanations for the processes. Overall, it's an average experience for me, with room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness and customer support.
