I recently enrolled my child in the programs offered by this company. While the facilities and resources were adequate, I found the communication from the staff to be lacking at times. It was difficult to get updates on my child's progress, and I often felt out of the loop. Additionally, I would have appreciated more transparency about the curriculum and teaching methods. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and approachable, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the areas of communication and transparency to provide a more enriching experience for both students and parents.
