I recently signed up for insurance with this company and so far my experience has been fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their policies. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The coverage options offered were decent, but nothing extraordinary compared to other insurance companies. The pricing was also average, not particularly affordable nor expensive. Overall, I would say this is an average insurance company.
