The experience with CP Rentals & Property Management has been fairly good overall. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they addressed any concerns or issues promptly. The property I rented was in decent condition, although there were some minor maintenance issues that took longer to fix than expected. However, I would still recommend CP Rentals & Property Management for their professional service.
