I have used the services of the Public Works Department (DOW, Aruba) and I must say that I am impressed. The staff is competent and efficient, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I had a few concerns initially, but they were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate their services as excellent.
