I recently hired a local construction company to work on a renovation project for my home. After comparing several firms, I decided to go with a relatively smaller company. The builders were skilled and completed the project on time, which made me happy. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I wish the customer service had been more responsive. Overall, the workmanship was good, but the customer experience could have been improved. I appreciate their hard work but notice areas for growth. 😐
