I recently used the services of Tourism for my trip to Dubai. I must say, it was an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected more from the company in terms of customer service. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but not very friendly. The itinerary provided was also quite generic. I would rate my experience with Tourism as average.
