Jay Jay Mills Lanka is an average company. I have been working here for a few years now and while it is not the worst place to work, it definitely has its flaws. The management is not very organized and often makes decisions without considering the opinions of the employees. The work environment can be quite stressful at times, with long hours and tight deadlines. However, the company does offer good benefits and decent pay, so it's not all bad. Overall, I would say it's an average place to work.
