I had a mixed experience with Gate Gourmet Hong Kong Ltd. On one hand, their food quality was excellent and the variety of options was impressive. I especially enjoyed the vegetarian meals. On the other hand, their customer service was below average, with slow response times and unhelpful staff. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
