I recently visited their website to purchase new glasses, and I was impressed with the variety of stylish frames available. However, I found the ordering process a bit confusing and the website navigation was not very user-friendly. The virtual try-on feature was a nice touch, but it could use some improvements to better simulate how the glasses would look in real life. The customer service was decent, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow.
