As a customer, I recently had my car detailed by a local auto detailing company, and overall, my experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services. The booking process was fairly straightforward, and they were able to accommodate my preferred date and time.

When I arrived at the shop, the staff greeted me politely and seemed knowledgeable about their work. However, the waiting area was a bit crowded, and I had to wait longer than expected for my car to be serviced.

Regarding the detailing itself, the exterior cleaning was decent, but I noticed a few missed spots. The interiors were thoroughly cleaned, but there were some areas that still had stains and needed extra attention.

The pricing was competitive compared to other local detailing options. However, for the quality of work I received, I believe it could have been slightly better. Overall, an average experience but not exceptional.
