I recently had the opportunity to stay at a marina resort in Cape Ann and my overall experience was average. The resort had a decent location with beautiful views of the marina, which was definitely a plus. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed distant and disinterested in assisting guests, making me feel somewhat unwelcome. Additionally, the rooms were average in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The amenities offered were also quite standard, nothing extraordinary that stood out compared to other resorts. The website was informative, easy to navigate, and provided the necessary information I needed. While the resort had its positives, there was nothing exceptional about my stay that would make me choose it over other options in the future.
