I had a not-so-great experience with Droneup. The website was not very user-friendly, and I faced difficulties in placing my order. The customer service was slow in responding to my queries, and it took longer than expected for the drone to arrive. When it finally arrived, I realized that the battery life was not as long as advertised. I was quite disappointed with my overall experience.
