I recently purchased a steel safe from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent variety of products to choose from. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions about the different models, but getting a response took longer than expected. The delivery process was also slower than I anticipated, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the quality of the safe itself is satisfactory. It feels sturdy and durable, providing the security I was looking for.
