As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Swat security & electrotech systems ltd as average. The overall service provided by the company was satisfactory. The employees were courteous and professional. However, there were some minor issues that could have been handled better. The installation process took longer than expected and there were a few technical glitches initially. Nevertheless, the system is now working fine and I feel more secure with the added security measures in place.
