I recently booked a trip with Arco verde turismo and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and didn't provide much assistance during my trip. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
