I recently ordered a saree from Kala Kriti Sarees and I am a bit disappointed with my purchase. The saree is beautiful and of good quality, but it doesn't look exactly like the image on the website. The colors are a little different and the embroidery is not as prominent. However, the customer service was decent and they promptly responded to my queries. It was an average experience overall.
