The products offered on the website are beautifully designed and of good quality. However, the customer service experience was fairly average. There were delays in receiving a response to my queries, and the delivery of my order took longer than expected. The website is user-friendly, but I encountered some issues navigating through certain pages. While the products themselves are lovely, I hope the company can improve their communication and shipping processes to provide a more satisfying overall experience for customers.
