I recently purchased a drone from k2dron.es and overall, I had an average experience. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to find the drone I was looking for without any issues. The purchasing process was straightforward, and my order arrived within the expected timeframe.

However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a question about the product and reached out to their support team, but it took them a few days to respond. Additionally, their response was not very helpful and left me feeling unsatisfied.

As for the drone itself, it performs adequately. The quality of the images and videos captured is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The drone is easy to control and the battery life is average. It met my expectations, but didn't exceed them.

Overall, my experience with k2dron.es was average. While the website and purchasing process were smooth, the lackluster customer service and average performance of the drone left me feeling somewhat indifferent towards the company.
