I recently used the platform to book a hotel for a business trip and found the website easy to navigate. The search filters were helpful in narrowing down the options, and the variety of properties offered was impressive. However, the booking process was a bit slow, and I encountered a few glitches along the way. The customer service response time could also be improved, as I had to wait longer than expected for a solution to a minor issue with my reservation. Overall, the experience was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. I appreciated the range of hotel choices available, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved for a smoother booking process.
