I have been associated with the National Resource Centre for FOSS at Anna University Chennai for a while now and I must say it has been an enriching experience. The website, au-kbc.org.in, provides a wealth of information on FOSS and related topics. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. The workshops and seminars conducted are educational and interesting. I would definitely recommend this resource center to anyone interested in FOSS.
