I have been a customer of Accolade Wines for several years now and I must say, their products are of average quality. The range of wines they offer is quite good, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are also reasonable, which is a plus. However, the customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had issues with my orders and it took them quite some time to resolve it. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement.
