I recently had a roof repair done by Saddleback Roofing Inc. and overall, I would rate their services as average. The company's website, saddlebackroofing.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The initial consultation was prompt and the sales team was knowledgeable and professional. However, I found the communication throughout the project to be lacking. There were delays in scheduling and the crew arrived later than expected. Though the quality of the work was satisfactory, there were a few minor issues that could have been easily addressed. While Saddleback Roofing Inc. completed the job, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and timeliness. In conclusion, although I would recommend Saddleback Roofing Inc. for their workmanship, their overall performance was average.
