I recently used this company's services for my grandmother, and overall, the experience was average. The caregivers were polite and respectful, but the scheduling was a bit disorganized at times. Additionally, the communication between the office staff and the caregivers could have been better. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was helpful. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of consistency and reliability. Overall, the services provided were satisfactory, but there are definitely some areas that could be enhanced for a better overall experience.
