I had an average experience with My travel agent - the right vacations. The website mytravelagent.us was easy to navigate, but the overall service was just okay. The agent was helpful, but I expected more personalized recommendations. In the end, I managed to find a decent vacation package, but I can't say it was anything exceptional.
