I recently had a claim and used the services of this loss adjuster company. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found the overall experience to be average. The communication was satisfactory, and the staff was polite and professional. However, I felt that the process took longer than expected, and there were a few instances of miscommunication that caused some delay. The quality of the final assessment and report was acceptable, but it did not exceed my expectations. Overall, I would say that the company provided a standard level of service, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and proactive communication.
