I recently opened an account with this bank, and I found their online banking platform to be quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, as it took a while to get assistance over the phone. The website design is modern and sleek, making it pleasant to use. The range of products and services offered is fairly standard, nothing particularly unique. I was hoping for a more personalized experience, but the interactions felt a bit impersonal. Overall, it's an average experience - not bad, but not exceptional. 👍🏼
