As a customer who recently utilized the services of this company, I found the website to be informative and user-friendly, making it easy to request a quote and gather information about the services offered. 📦 However, I was a bit disappointed with the communication from the company during the moving process. It took a while to get responses to my inquiries, which left me feeling a bit uncertain and anxious. 🤔 The actual moving and storage services were average, nothing exceptional but also nothing terribly wrong. The staff were polite and professional, and my belongings arrived at the new location safely. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience- not outstanding but not terrible either. I hope they could improve their communication for a more seamless customer experience.
