I recently had a not-so-great experience with Di santinni. I ordered a pair of sandals online and received the wrong size. It was frustrating as I had to go through the hassle of returning the item and waiting for the correct size to be shipped. The customer service was not particularly helpful either. I hope they work on improving their order fulfillment process and customer support.
