I've been a customer of Cultro ltd for a while now...

I've been a customer of Cultro ltd for a while now and I must say their service has been average. Although they have a decent website and a good range of products, their customer support could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries, and their solutions are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
