I recently purchased a dehumidifier from this company. The product itself seems to be of good quality and has been functioning well for the most part. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service when I had a question about the product. The representatives were a bit slow to respond and didn't seem very knowledgeable. 🤔 Additionally, the website was a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It was hard to find the information I needed. Overall, the dehumidifier itself is doing its job, but the customer experience could use some improvement. I would rate my experience as average. 🤷‍♂️
