I recently availed the services of a web development company that I found on webshar.com. Although I had an average experience overall, I cannot say that it was exceptional. The company's website was user-friendly and had a good range of services offered, which initially attracted me. However, the customer service could have been more responsive, as I had to wait for quite some time to receive a reply to my queries. The quality of the website they developed for me was satisfactory, but it lacked originality and creativity. The pricing was reasonable, neither too high nor too low. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average as they met the basic requirements but failed to exceed my expectations. I might consider using their services again if they improve their communication and creativity.
