I recently discovered Idep - Instituto de Desarrollo Personal - Yoga de la Risas, and I'm so grateful for it! 😄 The classes are full of laughter and positive energy, making it impossible to leave without a smile on your face. The instructors are amazing and create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. I highly recommend Idep to anyone in need of a mood boost and a great workout!
