Allerguard brings a new concept for food allergens detection by using chemical sensing and machine learning technologies. Allerguard's team is developing a personal allergens sensor that will enable the allergic person to scan his/her own food before consuming it and to know whether or not it is safe to eat. Our hand-held device will scan and analyze the food (no contact required) and based on the chemical and physical properties of very specific key elements, it will rapidly indicate if allergens are present in the dish.
