Small to Medium size businesses in emerging economies like India have traditionally found it hard to manage their working capital. India provides a unique set of problems with inefficient taxation, hard regulatory interface and inequitable distribution of capital. These problems have created opportunities for predatory lending practices in the markets with extremely high interest rates. We utilize the retail investor market to provide capital for working capital for MSMEs. Our system runs on a decentralised network providing trustless computing that helps us manage our repayment structures. We allow our investors to invest in a combination of invoices(like CDO's)which helps us ensure that players on our platform do not lose sentiment in case of defaults.
