Clinicians want to care for patients, not enter data or search for information in multiple systems. Government officials want to give us citizens open access to public records while protecting their privacy, not dig through archives and mistakenly expose protected information. Many industries are left with data stuck in faxes, scanned documents, and other unstructured sources. This information is needed to make good decisions and help customers. Existing solutions that rely on forms, templates, and require you to "know the format" of the document in advance are just not helping these organizations to get the data they need to make those decisions and run their organizations effectively.
