The Firm was established in 2013 in Athens as a start-up under the name FTA Property Hunters undertaking the representation of real estate buyers for the evaluation, trading and purchase of houses, plots and special buildings for sale by real estate agencies or individuals. In January 2019 it was renamed FTA Firm, adding to the services the valuation, the sales of real estate and developing collaborations with real estate agencies abroad. Since 2013 until today the office holds a legal operating Brokerage license, GEMI number & is a member of the Association of Real Estate Brokers. The FTA team consists of Licensed Brokers, Lawyers, Architects, Civil Engineers. All hold the relevant certifications and are members of the respective professional Associations.
