With industrialization shifting eastbound and globalization increased, in the 1980s production progressively shifted to Asia to take advantage of the region’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities. A unified brand, MODENA, was adopted by Tomas Jizhar named after the beautiful industrial city where it all started.
